Download our Class timetable here and book yourself in for your next energetic boost!  Please note that classes are free to You Fit Members and Members are welcome to bring guests for which there will be a £5 charge per guest, per class. 

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class so to guarantee your place, remember, that there is a limit on numbers for some classes, therefore bookings will be taken at the health club reception on a first come, first serve basis no more than 3 days in advance. 

Late attendance may result in your place being given to someone else or non-admittance to the class. To avoid disappointment please come early or call us for more information on 01942 276232.
